TND 2020 Impact Report

The Neighborhood Developers (TND) helps community members in Chelsea, Revere, and Everett secure stable homes and achieve economic mobility. With the pandemic, 2020 was a year of particular need, and it became increasingly apparent how important stable, affordable housing is to people’s well-being. The goal of this report was to share facts and figures about TND’s work, as well as human stories. With so much content to communicate, we chose an editorial style, which helped break up the content and added hierarchy and texture. The cover design uses shapes from the logo and communicates the breadth of TND’s work.

This was our first project with TND, a member of Opportunity Communities. Since then, we’ve worked on a brand refresh as well as another Impact Report.
