For their 2023 Impact Report, The Neighborhood Developers wanted to highlight the achievements of women in their organization and community who are making an impact in the world of affordable housing. In addition to designing the layout for this report, we illustrated each of the featured women for the cover, honing in on the right level of detail to fit with the established style but also make them recognizable. Most illustrations are based on photography by Katie Jann whose photos are also featured inside.
This is part of an ongoing client relationship with TND. We also worked on their brand refresh, 2020 report, and 2021 report.
