Utility Manufacturing

Utility Manufacturing is a third-generation family-owned manufacturing facility that produces custom shaped cold drawn rods. The rods are used in a variety of industries from optics to aerospace. The look for their brochure and business cards was inspired by traditional technical illustration, honoring their long history and emphasizing precision and attention to detail.

The maximum width of the shaped rods is 1.25 inches, something that Utility Manufacturing often struggled to portray to potential customers. We created custom vector illustrations at actual size to help communicate scale and the variety of shapes that can be produced.
